Meridian and Routebase form the operational core. Orders originate in Meridian and flow over to Routebase, where they're built into shipments and routed for execution across a dual shipper/carrier platform, including live shipment tracking. As shipments progress, Routebase syncs statuses back to Meridian, keeping both systems current. SchemaSpeak sits above both, able to query either system, providing data-driven insights, how-to answers, and serving as a QRG repository. The Analytics Dashboard is paired specifically with Routebase, turning its shipment and transit data into live metrics like on-time performance and carrier scorecards.
